I teach the Alexander technique on a one-to-one basis so that you get individual attention related to your specific requirements. I use my hands, along with verbal instruction to encourage the release of excessive body tension. I work with movements such as sitting, standing, walking and bending. These form the basis of everyday activity and provide the means for re-kindling awareness in body and mind, so that Good Use and Good Posture become the norm rather than the exception, allowing you to feel better and look better.
From the first session you can take the Alexander Technique into your everyday life, and to help you achieve this I work with activities relevant to you, be it from your working environment, leisure activities or just everyday tasks.
